Dr.K. Anbalagan studied in Madurai Medical College and got his MBBS degree during 1975. Later he joined Madras Medical College and Govt General Hospital Chennai and passed Diploma in Orthopaedics (D.Orth). Subsequently he passed M.S Orthopaedics from Kilpauk Medical College and Govt Royapettah Hospital Chennai.
Dr. K. Anbalagan’s academic journey includes serving as a Professor and Head of the Department in Orthopaedics at Govt. Thanjavur Medical College and Hospital , SRM Medical College and Hospital Chennai , followed by a tenure as Professor in Balaji Medical College.Chromepet Chennai His leadership extended to the role of Medical Superintendent at Balaji Medical College, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.
